A&E Reprographics, Inc. (AE Signs) is a family-owned commercial signage and print company serving Hampton Roads and Virginia. We're hiring a Sign Installer to handle field installation of commercial, architectural, and federal signage across the state.

What you'll do:

• Install interior and exterior signage — dimensional letters, wayfinding, ADA, monument signs, illuminated cabinets, and vinyl graphics
• Read and interpret installation drawings, site plans, and shop tickets
• Perform accurate layout, measurement, and mounting using anchors, fasteners, adhesives, and welds where needed
• Operate ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and bucket trucks safely
• Conduct site surveys, verify field conditions, and document with photos and measurements
• Handle service calls, repairs, and removals
• Represent A&E Reprographics - AE Signs professionally on customer sites, including secure/federal facilities

What we're looking for:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying conditions
• Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signage a plus
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb/stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to pass a background check for federal job sites
